Richmond is in phase 2 by June 23rd, and STEP's Jobs for Life program is able to operate with the following precautions: All participants will be reminded in pre-meeting messages, posted signs and at the end of each meeting that they should regularly evaluate their exposure to COVID-19 (including by taking their temperature and evaluating if they have any other symptoms) and not attend any meetings or visit STEP’s facilities if they believe they are experiencing COVID-19-related symptoms or have come in close contact with anyone experiencing COVID-19-related symptoms. Require everyone (including kids) to wear masks or other face coverings; Practice social distancing requirements; Maintain food area as a separate space or provide an individualized packaged meal; Ensure that all high touch areas have been disinfected prior to the gathering; Utilize a larger room for improved distancing and air quality; (we will not gather in a small compact space) Limit the number of JFL participants (and their kids) and include only essential extra speakers.
